Battery Intelligence

Using AI-Powered Virtual Sensors

Predict, optimize, and protect battery assets through AI-powered virtual sensing

Battery Operators are in the dark about what is happening at a cell level: BMS limited to 3 Parameters: Cell Voltage, Pack Current, and Module temperature. As such, they lack accurate information on the battery’s SOC, SOH, and potential safety risks that can impact ROI and remaining useful life. Without cell-level visibility, the root causes of degradation, reduced lifespan, and safety events remain hidden allowing risk to compound across the entire battery lifecycle.

“Accuracy of measured SOC + SOH in LFP batteries is inaccurate.”

-Large Battery OEM

"Alarms and events triggered by the BMS result in high O&M costs and downtime.”

-BESS Integrator

“Lithium plating affects the two biggest metrics of batteries — safety and performance.”

-Purdue University Research
